Software Support Analyst Position Description

You will provide professional phone and email support to client inquiries and issues about Adrenaline’s hosted software applications.  You must be detail oriented, organized, and able to critically analyze business processes. You must also be self-motivated and able to work with minimal oversight.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Production support by recording and prioritizing bug fixes and enhancement requests and managing customer expectations
  • Answer functional questions about Adrenaline’s custom software applications
  • Respond to client inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Analyze problems and help to resolve or escalate technical issues
  • Participate in on-call after hour support rotations with project team

Additionally, the Analyst may participate in software testing, business analysis activities and provide project management support on various projects.

Basic Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in Computer Science or Business or 1-2 years related industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills

Additional and/or Desired Requirements

  • Process driven and customer focused
  • Experience implementing and supporting web-based enterprise application systems in a functional capacity
